Stretching and More Biking
Wednesday, April 22nd, 2009Well, my physical therapist and I have set a new timetable. As of last Friday I am giving my leg two weeks of intense stretching and working out. The goal is to work my leg as hard as I can and see where that gets me. The key part is that I am not running, so I shouldn’t be making things worse. After Friday’s bike workout I went to the gym on Sunday and Monday and did the same routine. I took yesterday off for therapy and am getting back on the exercise bike again this afternoon.
